The NZA series multifunctional bolt tightening analysis system is used for testing and analyzing threaded fasteners. This series of testing machines complies with the standard GB/T16823.3-2010 ISO16047-2005、EN14399-2: The testing method requirements of 2005 can meet the fastener performance testing requirements of standards such as GB/T 3098.9-2002, GB/T 3632-1995, and GB/T 1231-2006. By smoothly applying tightening torque to bolt nut connections or screw nut connections to generate clamping force, the tightening characteristics are measured, mainly including torque coefficient, total friction coefficient, thread friction coefficient, bearing surface friction coefficient, yield clamping force, yield tightening torque, rotation angle, ultimate clamping force, and ultimate torque.
